It is of the utmost importance that you request a fingerprint appointment via IdentoGo in order to be considered for contract with Crim Cares. Notice of Fingerprint Submission

After receiving your UE ID from IdentoGo you must use the form below to send a Notice of Fingerprint Submission to Crim Cares in order to obtain appointment approval.

TCN# Confirmation

Once your data is verified and your appointment approved by Crim Cares please use the form below to submit the TCN# you received from IdentoGO. Failure to do this will result in cancellation of your appointment.
